Our law firm practices exclusively in legal matters relating to children - surrogacy, embryo donation, adoption, custody, guardianship, etc. With regard to surrogacy, we are a law firm and agency all in one. We recognize that these matters involve highly charged emotional issues, as well as legal issues.

We handle surrogacy and embryo donation arrangements, in any way that you may need or want. If you are just starting, we have surrogate candidates available at this time. We can help you select a surrogate, arrange for appropriate medical and psychological screening, prepare and negotiate a surrogacy agreement, facilitate all insemination or embryo procedures, follow the surrogate through the pregnancy, and guide you throughout to the point your baby is born and then... complete any legal follow up work that needs to be done after the baby is born or even before the baby is born in some cases and finally obtain the Birth Certificate with your name(s) on it as the parents. Or, we can do any piece or pieces of the process as you may wish. Our program is very flexible.

Our office provides intensive case management for each client couple or individual or their surrogate to ensure the best outcome. Our staff is highly trained and experienced. Our staff, lawyers and paralegals, will work with you in the most effective, cost efficient way possible. Our representation includes coordinating the legal, psychological, and medical professionals involved. Our program is likely the least expensive program in the country.

Each couple or individual reviews a number of our profiles of surrogate candidates. We then help you meet and select the surrogate and identify the arrangement that best suits your needs and desires.

We will help you identify a surrogate from candidates already available, or by placing advertisements for you and then sending potential candidates an application. We assist the surrogate to obtain her own legal counsel and we negotiate the surrogacy contract on behalf of you. We arrange for an OB/GYN to see them, and arrange for the surrogate to be evaluated by a psychologist or clinical social worker. We also monitor the implemetation of the contract and coordinate the artificial insemination or embryo implantation process with the physicians. During the pregnancy, we carefully monitor every aspect of your case. For example, we try to ensure that the surrogate keeps her appointments and that we receive regular medical reports from the physicians. We will also advise you on the various legal requirements and options available to you to facilitate your case and best accomodate the various law impacting your case.
