Couple obtains a PRE-BIRTH declaration of parentage of their biological twins to be born through surrogacy.
With our help, a couple from South Carolina were named as parents on the birth certificates of twins before their surrogate mother gave birth. This eliminated the typical need to obtain a corrected birth certificate removing the surrogate’s name after the children are born.
